THE ICON APPAREL GUIDE
Good kit.
Starts here.
Fabric. Fit. Finish.
Get the details right for your team.

01 / THE GARMENT
Match the fabric to the job.
Features vary across the range. These examples come from Icon's soccer and AFL catalogues; confirm the specification for your chosen garment.
Soccer pro jersey options
- Side mesh inserts.
- Fabric designed to move perspiration away.
- Personalised names and numbers.
AFL pro jumper options
- Fabric that stretches in four directions.
- Sublimation-printed club colours.
- Team numbers and sponsor branding.
For school and workplace apparel, describe the working conditions and the layers you need. Ask for the fabric composition, care instructions and available finishes for the specific polo, jumper or jacket.
02 / THE FIT
Measure a garment that fits.
Ask for the size chart for your selected style. Where the chart uses garment measurements, lay a similar garment flat and compare like-for-like measurements.
- Measure chest width straight across, from one underarm to the other.
- Measure the back length from top to bottom as shown on the supplied chart.
- Check the chart's units and measurement method before selecting sizes.
A flat garment width is different from a body circumference. Confirm adult, junior and other fit options with Icon before approving your order.
03 / YOUR IDENTITY
Bring the details that make it yours.
- Your club, school or business name and preferred colours.
- Logos, sponsor positions, names and numbers that need to appear.
- Garment references saved from the gallery or product catalogue.
Mention the artwork you have in your enquiry. Your Icon team can confirm the file requirements and the branding methods available for the selected garment. Review the design before approving manufacture.
Find a garment reference04 / YOUR ORDER
Plan around your team and your date.
Minimum quantities and lead times are confirmed in your quote. They depend on the selected garments and order requirements.
- Give an estimated quantity for each garment.
- Include the date you need the apparel and your delivery location.
- Explain whether you need a bulk delivery or an online club store.
- Confirm the production and delivery schedule before approving the order.
If your date is fixed, include it in the first enquiry so Icon can assess the available options.
